March 25, 2026  (Bernama) -- Most of the crude oil and condensate moving through the Strait of Hormuz in the first half of 2025 went to South and East Asian markets.

China, India, Japan and South Korea together received 74 percent of total flows, continuing a pattern seen from 2020 to 2024.

Among them, China remained the biggest destination throughout the period, taking in 5.4 million barrels per day by the first half of 2025.
